Coach Registration	This form is used for registration and selection of new coaches.
Player Commitment	This form is to help our players understand the importance of team and individual commitment.
Player Registration	This form is use each year to update player information.
Parents Agreement	This form is use each year to ensure parents understand we are here for the kid's.
Sponsorship Form	This form is presented to local businesses for the purpose of sponsoring a team for the current year.

Medical Waiver	This form is used by parents, accepting liability for their child.

Parent Volunteer Information	We need all parents to get involved in our RAGE program. ALL parents will be required to donate a minimum of 6 hours of time assisting the organization were needed. The organization is ALL VOLUNTEER, and the success of the program depends on your support.
